Shabu-Shabu Dining “MAITON”
The “Maiton” brand pork is carefully raised in the rich nature of Ariake Town, Shimabara, by Nakamura Breeding Pork Farm, which has a history of more than 80 years.
Maidake" water, which is rich in minerals and springs from the hillside of "Maidake" in Ariake Town, Shimabara City, is used to raise Maidake pigs. Raised with clean water and carefully selected feed, Maidake pork does not have the distinctive smell of pork, and its fat has a sweet taste.
Shabu-shabu Daimingu Maibutsu is a directly managed dining room where you can directly taste the fresh flavor of the pork. Mai-buta is not just "meat," but is raised with love and care for each and every pig, using a proprietary blend of feed, and is characterized by its surprisingly fine texture and "sweet fatty meat" that melts easily in the mouth.
