Shimabara “Jigoku-ni” Hot Somen noodle set
Warm somen noodles made with shimeji mushrooms, burdock root, Chinese cabbage, carrots, and komatsuna greens from the Shimabara Peninsula and simmered in miso from Kiyoya, Ariake-cho, Minamishimabara City. A dish full of local blessings that warms both body and soul.
