We have been loved by the local community in Shimabara for almost 60 years.
The famous chanpon has a nostalgic and comforting flavor that has remained unchanged over the years, and is popular among men and women of all ages.
The restaurant is busy at lunchtime as a diner offering set meals and rice bowls, and at night as a tavern ideal for large parties, family dining, and solo diners.
